Milestone Promotion – Fair Use Policy

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms regarding our milestone promotions (such as the #40,000 order celebration):

• The milestone refund and voucher reward applies only to the order that organically falls on the milestone number as recorded by our system.
• Customers may not place, cancel, or time orders with the deliberate intent of landing on a milestone order number to claim the associated reward.
• Any order suspected of being placed in bad faith solely to claim a milestone reward — including rapid ordering, test orders, or order manipulation — will be disqualified from the promotion and may be cancelled.
• The milestone is determined server-side at the time of order confirmation. Our records are final.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse the milestone reward if fraudulent intent is reasonably suspected.
