Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind or an exchange.

However, if the item is damaged or defective, the company will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been transferred to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has already left our warehouse, please wait until it arrives before arranging a return. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded once the item has left our warehouse. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and there are no restocking fees.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
